Nearly 20 years ago, Pierre Zuber began his career in the food and drink sector. And just as his career and beer shop has evolved, so too has the Belgian beer consumer.

The predecessor to today’s Delices & Caprices opened on Rue des Pierres in the centre of Brussels. And what started as a high-end bottle shop combined with a downtown bed and breakfast soon grew into an idea for something bigger.
