Six different beers. Six different cheeses. It would be hard to come up with a more congenial way to spend an evening than pairing very good beer with the very best of cheeses. To find out how it’s done, we called on Nicolas Soenen, Duvel-Moortgat’s house sommelier, who has chosen the cheeses with the help of the experts from Van Tricht, the cheese refiners from Antwerp voted best cheese shop in Europe by the Wall Street Journal.
